Zillow Rental Manager allows you to create a customizable online rental agreement on select sites. Simply log in to your Zillow Rental Manager account, enter the property address, and then choose Leases. If your account already has properties, select the Leases tab for the property for which you want to create a tenancy. From there, you will be guided through the process of creating a lease. Subletting – The deed of subletting is the tenant who acts as the owner and re-leases the property to another person, also known as a “tenant”. This is not allowed in most leases, although, if allowed, one usually needs to get the written agreement of the landlord to ensure that any new tenant is credible.
